The Co-Directors of English from England each bring their own unique talents to The Learning Journey. With experience encompassing Language Teaching, Advising, Film making, ICT and Sales their combined strengths go to make an expert team who have created a high level learning platform to teach English to children from around the world.

	Derek Wheeler Area of Speciality: Film and Video Derek has worked in the Television industry throughout his career. He has directed many TV shows including Blind Date and The Paul O’Grady Show. Derek also makes educational training videos. This led to his involvement with English from England where he is able to bring his experience to the film making.

	Michael Headley Area of Speciality: ICT Michael's interest in educational computing began in the early days of micro computers in schools, developing software that made the most of the limited power of those systems. English from England provides a similar challenge - how to present a valid learning experience while maintaining interest and simplicity.

	Glynis Rumley Area of Speciality: Pedagogy Glynis is a trained teacher. Her MA focused on aspects of how young children learn languages. She was the adviser for Primary Languages in Kent and piloted the innovative use of ICT in languages teaching. She is now using that experience to bring online English to the world.

	Simon Bell Area of Speciality: Sales and Marketing Simon is experienced in sales and marketing across financial services, telecommunications and commerce. He taught English in Barcelona for the British Council Young Learners Centre, Buenos Aires and Cambridge. He was Oral examiner for the Cambridge First Certificate and established an executive search company in the media sector.
